I had an upright delivered to Murrietta yesterday which was picked up from Simi Valley. I just wanted to say thank you for a service well done. Good customer service became a thing of the past many years ago, and it is now extremely difficult to find, and nearly impossible. Hard to understand how any company or individual who is in the business of servicing in order to make money, can see things any other way. Most services these days do not deserve to be in business as far as I'm concerned.
Moving this piano was not easy, although it should have been. I had a huge list to call from, but most places of course don't bother answering the phone, and many don't bother returning your call. Others who answer sound like they're brain dead and can barely put a sentence together. Most quoted me prices of $500 to $600 for a move that your company did for $280. One in particular quoted me a great price of $250, but when I tried to get their license and insurance information, the guy I had on the phone said to me "I really don't have time for this, so just call someone else."
Anyway, your price was great, your pick up and delivery guys were great, and your overall service was excellent.
Once again, thank you very much. It's people like you who will continue to survive this storm.
