Hello, I got my Piano back today... I have to say at first I was very hesitant that it would reach it's destination (my unit) safely. I even panicked and called the office expressing my concern; however I was proven wrong. Today, you came to our home in Manhattan Beach to move our 800 pound antique, upright piano from the garage to our upstairs recreation room. There are approximately 15 stairs with a landing halfway up. It is an incredibly difficult job. Not only is there a sharp turn at the landing, but the space is very tight. After much maneuvering and a tremendous amount of brute force and sweat, your crew managed to get our piano up the stairs. We had previously hired one of your competitors who tried to get the piano up the stairs and were told that the piano definitely would not fit. This was extremely disappointing, particularly since my father just died a few weeks ago and this was my parents' piano that I grew up playing. Having this piano in my home helps me remember many happy family times we had playing music when I was a child. I cannot give enough praise to your wonderful crew. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with the surrounding areas as they squeezed the heavy piano through the tight spaces. I will recommend your company to anyone in need of having a piano moved. Your prices were extremely reasonable, your crew arrived on-time and remained optimistic throughout the process. Not once did any of them complain about the complexity or difficulty of the job. We are very grateful to you for your high standard of service. Know that you made a very positive difference in our lives. My father would be thrilled to know we were able to keep our piano. We would be very pleased to serve as a reference for your company at any time.

Gentlemen, Last week for the fourth (or it could be fifth) time I had the pleasure of working with you to move my 1907 Milton baby grand piano from Laguna Hills to our new retirement residence in Oceanside. I must say to you that each and every time your technicians disassembled, transported and reassembled our piano with great skill and care. We could not be more pleased with your company and specifically your employees and will highly recommend your services whenever the opportunity presents itself. Perhaps you might add us to your very long list of excellent references if you will. In fact, this piano was completely refinished by you and the results were absolutely splendid. I had an upright delivered to Murrietta yesterday which was picked up from Simi Valley. I just wanted to say thank you for a service well done. Good customer service became a thing of the past many years ago, and it is now extremely difficult to find, and nearly impossible. Hard to understand how any company or individual who is in the business of servicing in order to make money, can see things any other way. Most services these days do not deserve to be in business as far as I'm concerned. Moving this piano was not easy, although it should have been. I had a huge list to call from, but most places of course don't bother answering the phone, and many don't bother returning your call. Others who answer sound like they're brain dead and can barely put a sentence together. Most quoted me prices of $500 to $600 for a move that your company did for $280. One in particular quoted me a great price of $250, but when I tried to get their license and insurance information, the guy I had on the phone said to me "I really don't have time for this, so just call someone else." Anyway, your price was great, your pick up and delivery guys were great, and your overall service was excellent. Once again, thank you very much.
